Professional Cleaner Wanted – Ongoing Work (Vancouver & Surrey)
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team for ongoing residential cleaning.
Airbnb Properties (July & August Only)
We have two Airbnb properties that require turnover cleaning throughout July and August:
- Kitsilano – 2-bedroom suite – $160 per clean
- Cambie & W 20th – 1-bedroom garden suite – $140 per clean
Monthly Doctor Accommodation Units
We also have eight furnished 1-bedroom units rented to doctors on monthly rotations:
- 6 units in Downtown Vancouver
- 2 units in Surrey
These units all turn over at approximately the same time each month and must be cleaned within a 1–2 day turnover window. This can be a busy couple of days, so we're looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple cleans in a short period while maintaining a high standard.
Pay is $130 per unit.
Additional Move-Out Cleans
We also have occasional move-out cleans for a variety of rental properties throughout Metro Vancouver.
Pay is $35 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage your time well
- Must have your own vacuum and basic cleaning equipment
We reimburse all cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and other consumable items purchased for the units.
