- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues;
- Auto parts warehouse keeping;
- Auto parts reordering, inventory control;
- Auto parts counter sales supervision;
- Supervising and optimization of part delivery drivers;
- Supervise supply team. Including employees and contractors;
- Cost price calculation based on net prices, working on different currencies when it comes to re-export and direct shipment;
- Providing the best proposal in terms of right product, Qty and price;
- Work on payment terms with both suppliers and customers;
- Ready to meet with customers and suppliers.
