We are a forest industry company who has been in business for 35+ years, with operations in northern and west central Alberta. We are looking for a skilled, reliable candidate for a full time position of Office Clerk/Admin Support at our Spruce Grove office. We offer a competitive rate of pay and an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

-entry of daily time tickets into a database

-new hire orientations

-maintenance of a Safety Training database

-answering/redirecting phone calls

-cross training on other positions

-various administrative responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

-minimum of 2 years of Office Admin experience

-above average mathematical skills

-strong computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office proficiently (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-proficient with database applications

-proven ability to manage stress in a busy work environment

-strong attention to detail and a good memory

-flexibility with duties

-excellent communication skills, both oral and written
