Baker (Part-Time / Full-Time)
We're looking for an experienced Baker to join our team! If you have a strong background in dough preparation and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix dough according to recipes and production schedules
- Portion dough accurately and consistently
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Work efficiently to ensure products are ready on time
- Assist with other bakery production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous baking experience is essential
- Experience with dough making and portioning is required
- Must be reliable and able to start work at 5:30 AM
- Availability required Thursday through Monday
- Must have reliable transportation and access to a car
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of lifting and standing for extended periods
