Your Day-to-Day as a Loader Operator. You’ll be:

Skillfully operating a variety of mobile equipment and tools essential for production and maintenance activities.

Working closely with the plant operator to efficiently manage the movement of fibre from storage piles to the plant, ensuring smooth storage and production processes.

Uphold the highest safety standards by strictly adhering to all relevant government regulations and corporate policies.

Perform routine cleaning tasks and special projects, both inside and outside of equipment, as directed by your supervisor.

Promptly report any safety incidents or infractions to maintain a safe working environment.

Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring:

A strong safety mindset is essential.

Ability to operate mobile equipment; experience in this area is required.

Equipment Operator certification and Level 1 First Aid Certification are assets.

Ability to complete online and paper forms or basic checklists.

Adaptable to changes in work schedule and tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset.

Good mechanical aptitude is an advantage.

Strong communication skills are required.
