Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with bakery production processes.
- Package finished products while maintaining company quality standards.
- Inspect products for appearance, freshness, and packaging accuracy.
- Operate production equipment safely following workplace procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and production areas.
- Follow GMP, food safety, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
- Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is an asset but not required.
- Steel-toe safety shoes are required.
Pay: $19.20-$26.20 per hour
