What you’ll be doing…
As a Full Stack Software Developer, you’ll design, develop, and validate cutting-edge software solutions that power our products and platforms.
- Design & Development: Build scalable applications with Node.js, TypeScript, and React, and architect clean, maintainable RESTful APIs.
- Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and maintain containerized solutions on AWS using Docker.
- Collaboration & Agile: Work in a cross-functional Agile team through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Testing & Validation: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to validate functionality and ensure compliance with performance and security standards.
- Documentation & Support: Create technical documentation, support production systems, and evaluate new tools that improve product and developer performance.
You are...
You’re an innovative problem-solver with a strong foundation in full stack development, hands-on experience building modern applications, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Solid relational data modelling and SQL skills, including schema design, migrations, and query performance tuning.
- Experienced in Docker for containerization.
- Enterprise-level AWS cloud experience — designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on AWS (compute, networking, storage, IAM, and monitoring) at enterprise scale.
- Skilled at designing and implementing scalable, well-documented APIs.
- Working knowledge of secure coding practices — authentication and authorization, input validation, and dependency hygiene.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability across the stack, from browser to database to deployed environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and version control (Git), including branching strategies and code review.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to own features end to end and document technical decisions.
- Experience using AI assistants such as Claude in day-to-day development work — coding, code review, testing, and documentation — with sound judgment about verifying output.
Bonus Points…
- Experience with VoIP and real-time communications — SIP, RTP, and softswitch platforms such as FreeSWITCH or Asterisk.
- Experience developing for edge or embedded devices — Linux-based hardware, IoT gateways, or device-to-cloud communication.
- Familiarity with distributed and NoSQL databases (CockroachDB, MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, particularly Azure DevOps.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
