We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed HVAC Technician (308R or 313D) to join our team in the Durham Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a clean and professional work standard, and the reliability to show up on time, every time. This is a full-time position offering consistent local work and the opportunity to grow with the company.
Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across a range of HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable codes
- Maintain clean, professional work standards on every job
- Travel to job sites throughout the Durham Region using a valid driver's license
- Collaborate respectfully with team members in a no-drama work environment
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly dispose of waste materials
Experience
- Valid 308R or 313D HVAC licence required
- 2+ years of field experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of work
