In this role, you will be the guide behind our guests' adventures, blending interactive hosting with top-tier customer service to deliver an experience they won't stop talking about.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create a Welcoming Vibe: Greet every visitor with warmth and enthusiasm, setting a positive tone the moment they walk through our doors.
- Guide the Adventure: Lead immersive game sessions, clearly explain rules, and keep the energy high and fair for all participants.
- Keep the Momentum Going: Track gameplay in real-time, offer clever hints when players need a nudge, and maintain a thrilling atmosphere.
- Manage Transactions: Handle payments and cash registers smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Maintain the Space: Reset gaming rooms quickly between sessions, handle venue setup, and ensure a spotless environment.
- Command the Room: Use strong public speaking and storytelling skills to captivate guests of all ages, from kids to adults.
- Prioritize Safety: Keep a watchful eye to ensure everyone stays safe while having the absolute best time.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- People-First Background: Prior experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality, food service, or entertainment is a huge plus.
- Financial Reliability: Confident and accurate with cash handling and register operations.
- Service-Oriented: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural drive to make every guest feel valued.
- Great with All Ages: Comfortable and adaptable when engaging with diverse groups, families, and younger players.
- Dynamic Communicator: Polished public speaking abilities to deliver instructions clearly, confidently, and with flair.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
