Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean working environment in all office areas, and warehouse. Duties include, dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, and mopping. Yard maintenance will also be required. Duties include weeding, cutting grass, weed-whipping, lawn mowing, and snow removal, wash windows, and waste removal.
Must have a vehicle to go to other work location in Amherstburg.
It would be beneficial, but not necessary, for the candidate to be mechanically inclined as to help with any general maintenance and/or small machine repairs.
Candidate must be attentive to detail and able to work independently.
Candidate must take initiative on the job and have a good attitude and willing to take direction from the Supervisor.
