Maintain Mechanical specializes in preventative maintenance, and 24 hour residential and commercial Plumbing & HVAC services. The majority of our portfolio is multi-level residential (condos).
We are busy and expanding.
Maintain requires a full-time Journeyman or 4th year HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our dynamic team. We require a service technician to complete day-to-day service and Preventative Maintenance on equipment.

Relevant job experience required:
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Journeyman 5+ years of experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to service and work on:
- Make-up-air units Engineered Air, ICE
- Exhaust Fans
- Furnaces
- RTU packaged units: Carrier, Daikin, Trane
- Splits: Fujitsu, Mitsubishi
- Repair refrigeration circuits
- And understanding of controls is an asset
- Chiller experience is an asset

Pay: $55,938.00-$107,552.00 per year
