Position Overview:
Padra Clinic Inc. is in search of a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Reporting into the Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner is a key member specializing in hair transplant and medical aesthetics, you will contribute significantly to patient consultations, treatment planning, and the delivery of advanced aesthetic services, while also mentoring and overseeing medical aestheticians and hair transplant technicians.
Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation and Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, fostering a trusting and communicative environment for patients seeking hair transplant and medical aesthetic treatments.
- Utilize advanced assessment skills to evaluate patient suitability for various procedures, ensuring personalized treatment plans aligned with individual goals.
Treatment Administration:

Perform intricate hair transplant procedures, including both Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) techniques, showcasing precision and artistry.
- Administer medical aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, laser therapies, and other cosmetic enhancements, ensuring a seamless and comfortable patient experience.
- Implement and uphold stringent safety protocols, maintaining a sterile, state-of-the-art treatment environment.
Administration of Sedation, Monitoring, and Recovery:

Administer sedation to patients undergoing hair transplant or aesthetic procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring protocols during procedures, responding promptly to any deviations from baseline parameters.
- Oversee the recovery process, providing post-procedure care instructions and monitoring patients until they are ready for discharge.
Patient Education:
- Educate patients comprehensively on available procedures, expected outcomes, and potential risks.
- Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions, addressing patient inquiries to ensure informed decision-making and satisfaction.
Collaboration with Medical Team:

Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary medical team, including physicians and surgeons, participating in case discussions and contributing expertise to treatment plans.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements, attending conferences, workshops, and continuously enhancing your skills to provide the latest and most effective treatments.
Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately.
- Complete necessary documentation for billing purposes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Completed BScN in Nursing.
- RN (registered nurse) Status in Ontario.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario.
- In good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Certification in Aesthetic Medicine or a related specialization.
- Proven hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures and a comprehensive understanding of medical aesthetic treatments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive patient interactions.
- Dedication to patient safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
