We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoys working with a team that is committed to excellence.
As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a key role in creating memorable stays for our guests at our newly renovated hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong sales and service skills to make reservations and maximize occupancy
- Enroll guests in our loyalty program and promote brand engagement
- Maintain accurate and detailed guest information within the reservation system
- Deliver friendly, professional, and memorable guest experiences
- Perform a variety of administrative and front desk duties

Schedule:
Part-time hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. 16-32 hrs per week
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: From $16.25 per hour
