Tea Tree Gardens is looking for motivated Landscape Technicians to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Perform detailed garden maintenance, including weeding, edging, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.
- Prune shrubs, hedges, small trees, and ornamental plants to a high standard.
- Operate a variety of professional power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Complete seasonal lawn services, including aeration, power raking, fertilization, and overseeding.
- Perform ladder work and tree pruning (training provided).
- Assist with occasional landscape improvements, including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles to a high standard.
- Work closely with your team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Deliver friendly, professional service while taking pride in every property you maintain.
What We're Looking For

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
- Physically capable of lifting, digging, and performing manual labour throughout the day.
- Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required.
These aren't required, but they'll definitely help your application:
- A valid driver's licence.
- Experience driving pickup trucks.
- Previous experience with landscaping, gardening, construction, or operating equipment.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday daytime with no weekends
