Inquiring Little Minds- Licensing Liasion
Are you a master communicator with a knack for connecting people and driving collaboration? We're looking for a dynamic Licensing Liaison to bridge the gap between teams and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Job Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Pay starting at $24.38/hour
- Monday to Friday
What You'll Do:
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in new applications, making updates as needed.
- Act as the go-to person for licensing amendments and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement, from evaluations to implementing best practices.
- Handle licensing complaints, create solutions, and communicate with all necessary stakeholders.
- Develop and refine policies to align with licensing requirements.
- Coordinate the opening of new centers, from setup to opening.
- Perform regular mock inspections and address any deficiencies.
- Work with municipalities and school districts to secure necessary licenses, zoning, and approvals.
What You Bring:
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in decision-making and a professional, unbiased approach.
- A Class 5 Driver's License (travel required).
