We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. Based in our shop, you will play a vital role in connecting our customers with our expert repair services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your contributions will help us uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle repair needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Order and source truck and trailer parts from suppliers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and repairs.
- Support cash handling processes and administrative tasks as needed.
- Pick up and return parts as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Writer, Parts Advisor or Heavy Truck parts person preferred.
- Strong knowledge of truck and trailer components and repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to read and understand repair orders and parts diagrams.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
