Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- 5% commission on the value of each new contract for the first three months of the agreement

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss their security needs.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.
- Develop long-term relationships with commercial, industrial, residential, and government clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
- Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable networking and developing new business.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
