- Complete daily program-related data entry accurately and within required timelines.
- Meet established daily productivity and KPI targets.
- Maintain program trackers, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the program team.
- Provide back-up coverage for team members as required.
- Assist with program projects, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
- Follow established processes, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in health administration, business, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 1–3 years of administrative or program support experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Understanding medical terminology is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with scheduling systems and databases preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Commitment to quality improvement, teamwork, and patient-centered service.
- Flexibility to adjust hours or responsibilities as program needs evolve.
