- Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with client follow-ups and appointment reminders
- Coordinate with estheticians and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support general administrative and customer service tasks when needed
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
