Summary

The incumbent will be involved in the development and qualification of flow cytometry and ELISpot assays. He/She will prepare and review procedures and experimental documentation for methods. Finally, the incumbent will lead all aspects of a given development study.

Main Responsibilities

Develops and qualifies assays (multi-parametric immune monitoring assays, ELISpot);
Prepares and reviews required documentation for experimentation (ex: worksheets);
Conduct development experiments;
Leads development studies (documentation, schedule, reagents, inventories, resources, etc);
Writes Methods;
Records associated documentation relevant to the tasks at hand as per appropriate SOP and applicable GLP regulations and GCLP guidelines.
Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology or in Biochemistry.
Main Requirements

5 years of experience in a similar role;
Good knowledge of Blood sample processing, cell cryopreservation techniques, cell culture techniques and antibody staining procedures;
Strong experience in PBMC isolation and Flow cytometry
Good communication skills in French and in English;
Ability to prioritize and to work in a fast pace environment;
Being organized and rigorous;
Being responsible and diligent;
Great team spirit;
Comfortable to work in a GLP environment.
