This is a 12 months contract position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that requisition and candidate records in the applicant tracking system are up to date.
- Efficiently handle transactions in PeopleSoft to generate employee record.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline recruitment processes.
- Coordinate interview schedules seamlessly, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
- Collect pending documents for onboarding and ensure completion of required paperwork.
- Organize and maintain onboarding documents for easy retrieval.
- Utilize SharePoint lists and Power BI to export and generate reports.
- Manage the recruitment mailbox, responding to inquiries and directing communications appropriately.
Work Location : Markham, ON
In this position you will work in hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite , with the first three months being onsite.
