Set up and operation of various machines/equipment (extrusion lines, slitting operations, ovens, mixers, grinders, shredders), quality control, basic housekeeping, and troubleshooting.
strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning ability
experience with hand held measuring equipment /blueprint & drawings
good math and computer skills
forklift license/experience,
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment with continuous processes.
Previous experience in a continuous production process (not assembly line) setting up, troubleshooting, tear downs, change overs
$21.46 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and education)
