Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Testing Coordinator for our growing Digital Marketing team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies. We build and protect our brand in new and existing markets, as well as create and sustain market advantage in all service lines, industries and specialty groups.

Performance Expectations

  • Post updates to company web properties using Content Management System (CMS)
  • Coordinate posting schedules for content marketing in support of corporate branding and line of business campaigns
  • Ensure quality control procedures are in place and strictly adhered to
  • Demonstrate and encourage compliance with firm brand standards and objectives
  • Leverage Quality Assurance (QA) tools and plans to take our digital properties to the next level with respect to accuracy and brand management
  • Develop, maintain and update QA strategies and standards for MNP Digital Marketing assets to ensure all final digital products meet MNP’s quality standards
  • Plan, document and execute QA test plan
  • Perform QA on various phases of a marketing campaign
  • Collaborate the production of digital marketing assets within digital and creative teams
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of production tasks and small scope digital projects
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies
  • Ensure all QA activities are completed and signed-off in the expected timeframe
  • Analyze and determine potential outputs and expected outcomes for every test scenario, including campaigns that run A/B testing
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, business and industry


  • One(1) to two(2) years of related work experience as a Digital MarketingCoordinator role working with digital assets
  • Demonstrated understanding of the buyer’s journey and how to transform awareness into action
  • Basic knowledge of web standards, search engine optimization practices, pay-per-click advertising and web analytics an asset
  • Strong computer literacy including effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with the use of social media technologies preferred
  • Knowledge in content writing, tools and executing online marketing campaigns is an asset
  • Exceptional organizations skills and attention to detail
  • Capable of careful proofreading, editing, and writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
  • HTML and CSS knowledge would be an asset
  • Fluency in French (written and verbal) would be an asset
