The Boulevard Restaurant and Lounge is looking for a responsible Sales & Catering Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and sales tasks. The main duties of the Sales & Catering Assistant will include providing support to our Sales and Catering Manager, General Manager, and Owner as well as assisting with daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Google Docs and Sheets. If you also have previous experience as a Sales Assistant and are familiar with our industry, we’d like to meet you.
**This is a maternity leave position but may extend longer**
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Sales experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
- Knowledge of Caterease, and Micros an asset
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone skills are a requirement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Willing to learn all aspects of the restaurant and banquet facilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
