We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Support the team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety and handling procedures
- Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Kitchen experience with familiarity in various cooking methods is desirable
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
