Work with piping, mechanical and civil crews to
Working with and around Rig Welders as their helper (Welder Helper role)
Other duties as requested.
Safety
Participate in meetings, tool box talks, FLHA.
Report near miss, infractions and observations.
Communicate to promote a safe working environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess OSSA and CSTS
HDPE Fusing tickets REQUIRED
Bear Awareness (INT level)
Equipment operation knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of general duties.
Previous construction experience an asset.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and able to quickly ascend or descend a vertical ladder.
Drivers License (Class 5)
Local residents of Fort McMurray will be given preference as camp is not offered on this job.
