Ayre & Oxford is hiring a one-year Contract position for the role of Accounting Clerk with an experience of working with YARDI Voyager.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Updating vendor/tenant/owner’s data in YARDI
  • Depositing & recording Rent Cheques & EFT payments
  • Prepare bank deposit, bank runs and bank reconciliations
  • Recording payables
  • Processing payments
  • Filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and other general office duties
  • Supporting the accounting team in all areas

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of YARDI Voyager is required
  • Experience of working in a property management company is a requirement
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience of working in a corporate environment in an accounting field will be preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with problem solving skills

  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
  • accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred)
  • General Accounting: 1 year (Required)
