Job Description:

Scanning reports
-
Retrieval and filing of patient records

Reception duties, answering phone, responding to requests

Quality Assurance activities including auditing and monitoring of misfiles

Maintenance of data in computer, updating Med2020, ADT
-
Collection, assembly and processing of records
-
Processing and activating MyChart access requests
-
Criminal Record Check (Essential)
-
Secondary School Diploma (Essential)
-
Detail oriented (Essential)
-
Demonstrated excellent communication skills (Essential)
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision (Essential)
-
Knowledge of computerized patient data systems (Preferred)

Experience with filing systems and office methods in a Health Records environment (Preferred)

Bilingual (English/ French) (Essential)

Effective March 29, 2021, CHEO will conduct a more comprehensive pre-screening and evaluation process.
