Aardvark Drilling Inc.'s Pumps & Plumbing division is an industry leader in water well drilling, pumps, pressure systems and plumbing. Due to high demand, we are in need of a full-time licensed and experienced Service Plumber. What we’re looking for:
- A Licensed Plumber (306A).
- 3+ years' experience.
- A valid class "G" driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Must be physically able to complete the essential tasks of the job.
- A G2 gas license is favorable, but not necessary.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Understand principle of operations of pumps, wells and have ability to troubleshoot systems an asset.
- Service and install residential and commercial pumping systems and water treatment equipment.
- A thorough understanding of Ontario plumbing code and standards.
- Accountable and responsible for the quality of all plumbing work, to ensure it meets all company, contract, and provincial standards.
- Weekend on-call rotation
- Welding experience an asset.
- Ability to keep co-workers, clients, and equipment safe.
- Ability to train/mentor an Apprentice.
- Ability to work both independently and within a small team.
- Excellent communication and professional customer service.
- Hardworking and reliable.
