We’re looking for an enthusiastic, strategic-minded Marketing Specialist to support the Member Rewards marketing team in a temporary full-time contract role. In this position, you'll transform insights into compelling campaigns that increase member engagement, strengthen program awareness, and demonstrate the everyday value of AMA membership. Whether you're launching partner campaigns, developing integrated marketing strategies, supporting digital experiences or bringing new initiatives to market, you'll play a key role in helping more members discover and use AMA Rewards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual and campaign-specific marketing plans for AMA Rewards, aligning strategies with business goals and member’s buying journeys.

Campaign Development: Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, out of home, and in-centre channels, driving member engagement and sales growth.

Positioning: Craft compelling messages and creative briefs that clearly communicate AMA Rewards’ value and connect with diverse audiences.

Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, marketing/product experts, creative services, and external partners to bring marketing strategies to life.

Analytics & Insights: Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategies for continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to keep AMA’s marketing innovative and relevant.
What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum five (5) years of marketing experience working in both digital and traditional marketing building marketing strategies.

Ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, excellent interpersonal skills, and a talent for building strong working relationships across teams and partners.

An aptitude for crafting narratives that resonate and create differentiation in a competitive market.

Ability to work with data and insights to guide decisions and optimize results.

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.

Curiosity and creativity to explore new marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
