$46.87/hour + Daily Chief Premium

KEY SUCCESS FACTOR

Advocate and cultural guide for brewery dream state in zero risk taking and natural resource usage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Participate in the design and implementation of capital projects.
-
Supervise a highly skilled and motivated team of Power Engineers
-
Facilitate team through process performance metric management and improvement activities.
-
Compliance with all ABSA standards and requirements, and reporting.
-
Operate and maintain a large refrigeration plant
-
Operate and maintain a 5.5 Mw power plant and high-pressure boilers
-
Responsible for planning functions including but not limited to; manpower scheduling, compliance tracking, ABSA reporting, parts/services ordering.

Act as incident commander as it pertains to emergency response and planning with both internal and external stakeholders.

Guide power engineering team involvement in high risk process safety program management (steam, electrical, ammonia).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-
2nd Class Power Engineering certificate, recognized by ABSA, in good standing.

Proficient in Microsoft suite

Proven supervisory experience
-
Understanding and familiarity with boiler and pressure vessel operation code.

Preferred Ammonia refrigeration experience

Preferred SAP experience
