Position Summary:
Passionate about advertising and communications, exceptional project management skills, and detail oriented; the Account Supervisor will drive integrated communications and operational efficiency for all their brands. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Supervisor will be responsible for the development of integrated advertising campaigns, overall account management and building client relationship, and supporting the team. The Account Supervisor coordinates agency resources to ensure that day-to-day client needs are met, and all assigned projects are completed flawlessly and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the Agency’s work is a reflection of our integrated expertise and that input and contribution from the integrated team has been sought out
Ensure Client work is executed to the highest level of quality – on time and on budget. Review all materials prior to Client review
Partner with creative leads to develop breakthrough work and ensure creative excellence and prepare Client for creative work
Responsible for personally briefing integrated creative resources and overseeing creative development process with creative leads
Gatekeeper for creative from all channels, ensuring it is on brand and on strategy
Provide council to team and Client on communication projects
Take an active role in the Clients business, anticipating Client needs and ensure sufficient resources in place to effectively manage those needs
Nourish and safeguard the Client relationship, maintaining contact and building rapport with various departments
Build Client’s confidence by knowing the objective and status of every Client related activity, even those that have been delegated
Stay abreast of Client results. If objectives are not being met, find out why and initiate appropriate action.
Resolve internal team issues as they are identified and utilize the support of the leadership team as needed
Challenge the status quo for the best results for the agency and the client
Mentor junior staff to develop strong succession planning
Manage client budgets for assigned portfolio while working with finance to ensure the accuracy of invoicing, budget control reports and revenue forecasting
Assist with building a positive agency culture

Required Skills:
Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in a client service role in an agency with a focus on mass, digital and social advertising
Passion for the business
Solid understanding of the creative and production process
Strong client service orientation and attention to detail
Ability to write and communicate effectively
Project management skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities
Continually drive for results and highest quality standards
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Category experience a strong asset
Ability to design and deliver presentations
Proficient in MS office
Post-secondary education in marketing/advertising an asset
