Schedule:
Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am- 12:00pm (until October, then until 5pm)
Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

The wage for this Dental Assistant position is $27-$33/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
Please note that this is a replacement job opening due to retirement of past dental assistant.
Your Role:
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Perform chairside assisting duties for a variety of treatments including but not limited to, traditional orthodontics, Invisalign, extractions, endodontics, restorations, etc.
- Assist dentist during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
- Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
- Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
- Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior
About You:
- Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
- Previous dental assisting experience is required
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Outgoing, personable, and passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences
