Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc . is seeking a versatile individual that will work at the college Front Desk Reception preforming day to day duties and other administrative duties as needed. Monday to Thursdays 6:45 am to 3:45 pm and Fridays 11:00 am am to 8:00 pm and must be available Saturdays as needed. If the individual works Saturdays during the day they will not be working the Friday shift.
Lunch time is 1 hour and not paid.
The individual will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Will be responsible to open the college Monday to Thursdays and some Saturdays when starting early.
Must Drive and be punctual daily.
Answering the Telephone
Communicating with clients, students and staff, and faculty
Receiving payments
Faxing Filing and scanning of client files
Daily summary of calls
Daily cash out
Relaying messages in a timely manner
Greeting clients and explaining our clinic procedures
Use a variety of computer programs
Making outbound calls to recall clients to see if they will return to the dental clinic
Assigning clients to students for their clinic/
This position is full-time
The individual must:
Graduated with a Diploma or Degree program
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Microsoft Office knowledge
Friendly and outgoing to the students, faculty, staff and clients
Be patient and personable with everyone
Be able to multitask
Be organized
Able to answer multiple phone calls
Be able to show initiative
Be a strong team-player
Other duties as assigned by management
