We are looking for candidates with open and flexible availability to work between 24 and 40 hours per week (including days, evenings, weekly, weekends, and holidays shifts).
Fluency in both English and French is required.

You will:
- Warmly welcome our guests
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and ensure a memorable guest experience
- Promote hotel services and act as a trusted resource for guests
- Handle phone calls and reservations
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest stay
- Perform other related duties as required
You will bring to the team your:
- Hospitality education and/or experience in hospitality, customer service
- Fluency in both English and French
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Positive attitude and passion for guest service
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Welcoming smile, great interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit
