Pace Pharmacy is a leading independently-owned specialty pharmacy with 2 locations in Toronto, Ontario. Since our inception in 2010, we have established ourselves as the premier compounding pharmacy in the GTA, dedicated to providing customized medication solutions that prioritize patient health and well-being.
Don't worry if compounding sounds intimidating. Even if you're unsure about what is required of a Pharmacist at a compounding pharmacy, we will train you! We are experts in the science of personalized medicine, but you don’t need to be a compounding wizard (yet) to join our team.
We’re looking for pharmacists who are curious, eager to learn, and open to expanding their clinical toolkit. If you’ve got a strong foundation in pharmacy and a passion for patient care, we’ll teach you the rest. Our team provides thorough on-the-job training and ongoing support—no previous compounding experience required.
So if you're someone who loves learning, isn’t afraid of a little math, and thinks compounding sounds like an exciting new adventure, you’ll fit right in.
The successful candidate:
- Is a licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Is a team player, as well as a leader.
- Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism and commitment to patient care.
- Has strong interpersonal skills and good work ethic.

As a Pharmacist at Pace Pharmacy, you will benefit from:
- A team that is dedicated to personal and professional development.

- Access to fully equipped compounding facilities to oversee compounding as it should be.
- Opportunities to be creative and innovative.
- Input into the growth and improvement of the organization.
Why join our team?
- We train and support our team. Never compounded before? That’s okay! We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and we’re always happy to answer questions—no matter how many you have.
- Collaborative team culture. You’ll be part of a supportive, curious, and hard-working crew that genuinely enjoys working together (and yes, we laugh a lot, even with our masks on).
- Be part of something meaningful. Our work directly impacts patients’ health and quality of life. It’s challenging, rewarding, and never boring.
