Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (4-day work week)
Compensation
- $17.00 per hour
- +$2.00/hour Night Shift Premium
- Effective wage: $19.00/hour for scheduled night shift hours
Please note: Some training will be completed on the day shift before transitioning to the regular night shift schedule.
About the Position
Fundy Textile & Design is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented DTF Printer to join our production team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality decorated garments by following work order instructions, preparing transfers, and operating heat press equipment. The successful candidate will take pride in producing accurate, quality work while working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow work orders and production instructions accurately.
- Apply DTF transfers to garments using commercial heat press equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Report any equipment or production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous production, printing, or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
