- A bachelor's degree in nursing, psychology, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Registered with the appropriate college or regulatory body is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a healthcare setting is required.
- Previous Advanced Practice/Administrative/Education experience and knowledge of WSIB and First Responder populations is an asset.
- Proven knowledge and experience in mental health.
- Record of providing professional practice leadership, including the ability to challenge and motivate, educate and train, and manage change.
- You will have proven knowledge and experience of WSIB, First Responder population and PTSD, concurrent disorder and a commitment to client centered care. You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience of mental health and addiction systems.
- Proven critical thinking, organizational, time and project management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to work effectively within a dynamic inter-professional team are essential to the role.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advanced clinical care in a culturally diverse environment.
- Proven research knowledge and skills.
- You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and ICARE.
- Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
- Familiarity and/or experience with videoconference technology is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $91,758.17 – $114,697.71 per year.
Employees in this role may progress within the full pay range of $91,758.17 – $137,637.25 per year
