Receptionist / Showroom Consultant
Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage
Bella Rocha Countertops is a locally owned and operated company that has proudly served Saskatoon and area for over 20 years. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Showroom Consultant.
This is a full-time, temporary maternity leave position with Monday to Friday daytime hours.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet showroom visitors
- Assist customers with product selections and showroom inquiries
- Respond to emails and customer requests
- Prepare quotes and assist with sales administration
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
- Assist with social media and marketing activities
- Provide general office and administrative support
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Experience in customer service, administration, retail, or sales is an asset
