Luxe Jewellery is a locally owned boutique specializing in bridal jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine fashion jewellery. Proudly serving the Halton region for over 10 years, we have built a reputation for exceptional customer service, product expertise, and a highly experienced sales team. We maintain a near 5-star customer rating across Google and other review platforms.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail experience is considered an asset)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional, confident, and engaging personality
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic administrative and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs
- Accurately explain product features, materials, and customization options
- Prepare bridal jewellery quotations and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions and manage point-of-sale procedures
- Receive and document jewellery repairs, ensuring proper procedures are followed
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and overall cleanliness
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends
- Deliver a luxury customer experience while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate awareness and vigilance within a luxury retail environment where security and professionalism are essential
Availability & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be available for a minimum of three weekday shifts (4–6 hours each) and one weekend shift (5–8 hours) per week
- Have an open and flexible schedule
- Reside within 20 km of the store
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Provide a minimum of two professional work references
- Successfully complete a criminal record check
