Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Quality Inn and Suites. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Assist with laundry duties as required to support hotel operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
- Available to work steady weekends.
