The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative sales, thrives in a target-driven environment, and can confidently guide prospective clients from inquiry to signed retainer. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in revenue generation, client satisfaction, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales
- Handle inbound leads generated through marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct detailed initial consultations to assess client eligibility and service needs.
- Convert qualified leads into signed service agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients from onboarding to file completion.
- Clearly explain service scope, timelines, and processes in a professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of client communication and follow-ups.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Manage and update leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Maintain organized sales pipelines with clear next steps.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with RCICs and case processing teams to ensure smooth file transitions.
- Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams.
- Flag risks, concerns, or special client circumstances early.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities for additional services such as family applications, extensions, or future PR pathways.
- Educate clients on long-term immigration planning options.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on Canadian immigration programs and policy changes.
- Use program knowledge to guide clients responsibly (no guarantees or misrepresentation).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Immigration consultation is required.
- Proven ability to close deals and work with sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in handling consultations.
- Client-focused mindset with ethical sales practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools.
- Familiarity with Canadian immigration programs (Express Entry, PNP, LMIA, Study/Work Permits, Family Sponsorship) is a strong advantage.
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
