Job Duties:
- Responsible for the safe operation of a mixing line that produced pelletized wire and cable compounds
- Operate material feeding equipment, an internal mixer and extruder
- Cleaning the mixing area during shift
- Reporting any Mixing/Health & Safety hazards
Skills:
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable transport
- Attention to detail
- Adhere to protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- 2 years experience compounding/mixing experience is an asset
- Machine Operating experience is an asset
- Own transportation
Shifts: AFTERNOON SHIFT but training will be on day shift
Day Shift training – 6:00AM to 2:00PM
Afternoon shift – 2:00PM to 10:00PM
Payrate: $22 /hr - $23/hr (depending on shift time)
