Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Reefer Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Reefer mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. This role involves diagnosing and repairing Reefer mechanical issues, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment. The Mechanic will work closely with other team members to support ongoing projects and ensure high-quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in Reefer Equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on Reefer Trailers
- Execute repairs using appropriate tools and techniques,
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance and repair.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics for effective troubleshooting.
- Previous Reefer mechanic experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
