Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused EZ Go Taxi Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage time effectively. Responsibilities
- Safely operate taxi vehicles to transport passengers to various destinations within the city and surrounding areas
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding and alighting as needed
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, adhering to scheduled routes and appointments
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide receipts when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate trips and address any concerns
Qualifications
- Valid class 4 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in driving, preferably in commercial or taxi services
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly
- Good communication skills for interacting with passengers and dispatch staff
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
