Now Hiring: Operations Manager (In-Person, Part-Time to Full-Time) – Routine Cleaning

Position Details:
- Starting Pay: $22/hour
- Opportunity to increase to $26/hour within 12 months based on performance and responsibilities
- Bonuses: Based on performance
- Hours: Starting part-time (approx 4-5 hours per day, 5-6 days per week) with potential to expand to full-time
- Location: In-person in Saskatoon (this is not a remote or virtual position, but some at home work will be required)
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate jobs for cleaning and yard care teams
- Conduct on-site quality control inspections
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing follow-ups and issue resolution
- Handle time tracking, payroll reporting, and staff availability
- Manage supplies and equipment across multiple locations
- Support with basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Support with incoming phone calls, quoting, and booking appointments
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring for team members
- Occasionally step in to perform cleaning or yard care duties when team members call in or are unavailable
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Willing and able to perform hands-on cleaning and yard care work when needed
- Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, BookingKoala, and spreadsheets
- Experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, or trades is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for in-person inspections and field support
