The primary focus of this position is private sector organizations and municipal government, rather than police agencies.

You will be responsible for developing opportunities across sectors such as:
- Municipal Bylaw & Regulatory Services
- Private Security
- Construction & Infrastructure

- Transportation & Transit

- Compliance & Inspection Agencies
- Healthcare & Public Sector Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for new industry verticals.
- Identify, qualify, and close enterprise SaaS opportunities.
- Build relationships with executive decision makers including CEOs, COOs, CIOs, Directors of Operations, Security Leaders, Compliance Managers, and Municipal Executives.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution.
- Lead product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop new market opportunities.
- Represent DMI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within our CRM.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B enterprise technology sales.
- Experience selling SaaS, digital transformation, workflow automation, compliance, inspection, security, or operational technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close six figure enterprise opportunities.
- Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a growing technology company.
- Existing network within municipal government, private security, construction, utilities, or regulated industries is considered a strong asset.

- Fractional engagement or full-time employment.
- Base compensation (where applicable) plus uncapped commission.
