Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated dental team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, dental hygiene procedures, and excellent communication skills. Duties
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options
- Assist with patient examinations and record keeping using dental software such as Trackers
- Ensure patient comfort throughout procedures and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the dental operatory is clean and organized
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized care plans for patients
- Uphold all safety standards, including infection control procedures, to ensure a safe environment for staff and patients
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of practice
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of dental software systems such as Trackers is highly desirable
- Experience with orthodontics, pediatrics, or assisting in dental procedures is a plus
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset to better serve our community’s needs
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $58.00-$68.00 per hour
