Inside Sales Team Lead

The Inside Sales Team Lead is seen as a trusted advisor who exemplifies the highly-personalized service for which Resume Target is known for.

Using a consultative sales approach to identify clients’ needs and make relevant recommendations.

Inside Sales Specialists are a phone call away and work to understand new clients’ needs and interests to confidently recommend and book the appropriate Resume Target experience.

  • Maintain and lead Inside Sales team concentrating on individual and team performance..
  • Initiate, develop, and implement plans and processes to drive production.
  • Set and track sales goals for sales agents.
  • Work with management to increase call conversion rates.
  • Keep team on track to meet and exceed KPI metrics with a focus on quality, product knowledge, and internal procedures.
  • Drive metrics for everything relating to sales; including incoming calls, emails, conversions and revenue.
  • Assist with implementing new rewards and recognition programs to motivate and drive performance.
  • Create and modify sales scripts to tie together the team's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Develop, train and mentor sales agents.
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with all sales representatives to enhance communications, understand training and developmental needs, and provide insight for the improvement of sales performance.
  • Develop training and performance plans for poorly performing sales agents.
  • Foster a competitive environment amongst the team.
  • Develop and preserve all company and sales policies and procedures

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inside Sales Team Lead preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Goal oriented, self-starter with incredible drive and work ethic.
  • Outstanding computer skills (must have working knowledge of Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel). Proficient use of CRM software, Salesforce, Slack.
  • Knowledge of and willingness to learn about the career transition industry.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to train, mentor and lead an Inside Sales team successfully.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
