Compensation/Job Overview
- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm. - Location: Smithville, ON.
Key Responsibilities
- Work at various stations on the grinding line to support Stage 1 production activities.
- Transfer raw meat and other ingredients, including fruit and vegetables, to the line and load materials into grinding equipment.
- Operate grinding machinery according to approved recipes, formulations, HACCP procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet quality specifications and food safety standards.
- Review, complete, and record lot information on HACCP batch forms to support traceability and accuracy.
- Keep equipment, utensils, and work areas clean, and perform sanitation tasks as required.
